Just announced by ESPN. Plus ALL winter and spring championships. I assume that means all spring sports are done as well.

I heard Mark Few (Gonzaga HC) on ESPN.  He had spoken with several coaches and they were all for postponing the tournaments and deciding upon cancellation at a later date.

Jay Bilas brought up the conjecture that the NCAA has insurance policies that pay in case games are cancelled and postponement would cost them more than they would re-coop from outright cancellation.  Sad if that is the case.

Given that the stadiums and hotels and airplanes should be pretty empty, seems like postpone would be a good option.

Biggest challenge may be getting the teams back to playing after a month or more layoff.

Checking the "scorecard", about the only sports remaining are golf and maybe auto racing. The competitors could keep the appropriate distance, just need to make sure the caddies keep the golfer's balls sanitized and the pit crews would have to wash their hands as part of the pitstop.:D

So basically, everyone was afraid to play OU and forfeited, so OU is the national champions.

The World Health Organization has determined that canines can't get the corona virus and can be released from quarantine.

So, WHO let the dogs out.
