Defense keeping OU in the game.

Horrible horrible horrible missed chances.

I've seen how this plays out before.

I'd be running every ball inside the five. Instead two incompletions and no time off the clock. Cannot give Texas any time.

Who thinks OU doesn't score a TD with three runs from the four there? AND kill the clock so Texas has no chance to score before half?

Quit overthinking it. Run Hurts twice, Sermon once.

14-0.

This has been on OU but I'm ready for Todd Orlando to go somewhere else. He's caused problems going back to the Houston game a few years ago. He's the only one that can give Rileu issues despite not being able to for other teams like OSU.

OU getting a 2 score lead is not a win for Texas, dumb ass commentator.

Riley's decision making has been as bad as Hurts today.

This Texas drive should not exist. You HAVE to run from the four and kill the clock. It should be 14-0 at the half. At the very least.

Those passes inside the five are the new squib kick.

A lot can still happen.

But it's likely 10-10 next time OU gets the ball.

Without the turnovers, this would be a route.

We should be up 28-0. It's 10-3 at half, and they get the ball (?). I need more vodka.(';')(';')(';')(';')

I really hate to see OU choose to receive at the beginning of the game. As a result, Texas had the ball to end the half and will have the ball to begin the next. Always always always defer.

Though, for whatever reason, that is the only drive they could finish.

I predict Texas 27, OU 16 final.

One more turnover, and I want to see Jalen Hurts calling in signals! The offense has squandered an AMAZING defensive performance!

In spite of everything that prevented this to be a 28 or 31 to 3 score there is a lot of things to like.

Hurts just tried to hard and made three huge mistakes that cost us TDs or FGs as a minimum.

The Grinch Speed D is the real thing. This is the best defense OU has played in at least seven years.

We just have to eliminate the turnovers as that has been the only thing that has kept the horns in the game. We should have emptied the side Texas fans populate instead they will still be there.

Hurts can stop his preaching about rat poison and how it's done at Alabama until he gets his crap together and stops turning the ball over. He needs to get his crap together in the 2nd half.

...BLASPHEMY!

Too early to call with the whole 2nd half to play, but your prediction is duly noted O-Z! Have to admit to more than a little feeling of foreboding.

This is a good point. I’d say it’s the best defense I’ve seen OU play since 2009. Watching OU play defense is fun again.

Definitely the defense is keeping OU in this game. They almost tackled their QB in bounds to prevent a FG attempt too. No matter what happens, they did their job.

This feels like WV last year. The defense got a couple TDs to pull out game. I think the defense is going to need to score a TD to win this.

Hurts is finding out that OU/TX is a little bigger and more intense than the Iron Bowl because let's face it, that game is the Alabama Crimson Tide Bowl. It's like OU versus OSU.

I don’t think the decision to receive effected Jalen’s ability to keep the ball out of the hands of the other team... just coincidence.

Yes, our D has given up only 59 yards in a half. Last year that was one drive

Two plays for Texsa on FG drive

Where we got called for dpi the Texsa player took a swing at our guy no call

The sideline catch was not a catch and Riley shoulda challenged or called timeout

Riley has called a strange game so far

We scored our only TD on that drive so I’ll take it
