First 8 hitters for OU went down before Rogers singled and Alo doubled to right center to score her for OU's first run to tie Santa Barbara at 1-1.

Santa Barbara's first eight outs were recorded on nine strikeouts.  Unfortunately, the first strikeout was dropped by Elam (called a WP) who threw wildly (by inches, pulled Green off of first base).  A two-out double, their only hit, scored the runner for a 1-0 lead.  Finally, a grounder to short ended the third.

Sounds like Alo's homerun was very impressive. 275 ft. is a looonggg way.

Juarez is really looking good. Perfect games are hard to do. Thought she was going to walk the 2nd out of last inning with a 3-0 count. But she came back.

Yep. But, if it were a pure SEC schedule, it would be at home.

I was listening to Plank & the wind was really creating havoc with the audio. He was complaining about the wind being as bad as Oklahoma. Really surprised that he did not have some type of cover over the mike to help with modifying the sound somewhat. Watched thru the link on OU tweet.
First time that has ever happened.

I had the sound too low to notice.

CSUN just finished off Dartmouth in an 11-2 run rule in five.  I guess we have thirty minutes to wait.  I wonder if we will use Juarez or Saile.  Are we still looking at Saile as a part-time starter, or are we using only Juarez and Lopez?
