Clint I was thinking the same. All the Sooner fans
were wanting Golding & Brent Defense is showing them the
door with a lot less talent.

Football can be a strange game. This is the exact same Clemson team that barely beat Syracuse and Texas A&M and gave up 510 passing yards to a crappy QB at South Carolina. It shows you it's never about what you do for the season, but only in one single game. That's where the "luck" factor comes in. Sometimes things go well, sometimes they don't and you don't always have control over that.

Florida St. really just needs to go ahead and fire their head coach and try again to give Clemson some competition in the ACC. He isn't going to be the answer.

Tua is a better passer than Hurts, but I think Alabama needs Hurts mobility for this game. Tua isn't a statue, but at the same time, he's vastly inferior to Hurts mobility.

Saban will probably go with the players were thinking more about the NFL than winning this game.

Saban probably knee jerks and goes back to a run orientated offense after this season. ;)

This game is highly illogical sans the 2 Alabama turnovers. Clemson has 27 rushing yards, I repeat, 27 rushing yards and Alabama has 160 rushing yards. So much for having to run the ball to win the national title. Sheez!

Watching Clemson, yeah, having three 5 star receivers on the field will be huge for Oklahoma. It's like having 3 Ceedee Lambs out there where you throw a crappy pass and they will still catch it but you have three of them you can throw a crappy pass to instead of one.

Clemson isn't this good, nor is Alabama that bad, but that's certainly the case tonight. This is very much like OU/USC where USC could do no wrong and OU could do no right.

He was no doubt the #1 QB prospect in the nation last year, of course, he gets a ton of help from his offensive line and receivers. Great blocking and some ridiculous catches tonight.

Actually not in Oklahoma history, but in college football history. Seriously, no bull. No one has ever signed 3 five star receivers and even throw in a 4 star tight-end.

Notre Dame & Alabama were both embarrassed!!!

Dabo Swinney has done a hell of a job of recruiting all of that defensive talent. He is very engaged in all of the recruiting and makes a lot of personal appearances, which is fortunately what Riley has been doing. That's one thing Bob Stoops didn't do a lot of in his latter years was in-home visits with his assistants, unless it was the most highly touted of recruits.
