Penalty saved OU. Running SERMON on 3rd & 2? Much rather have KM with the ball...

If 4th down, take the field goal. That doesn't get momentum, but it neutralizes it.

I agree. I hope the clock doesn't stop if they don't make this...

Murray should have went for the first down instead of sliding and horrible clock management on his part

The good news is Texas can't play any better and Oklahoma can't play any worse.

OU has been very lazy with clock at end of halves on a couple occasions... That said, could NOT give Texas much clock. I still am worried they'll get a score with those receivers...

Can Mike be replaced at the half? I mean let him go back to the booth and THINK he is still running the defense but let Ruffin, Cooks, Thibodeaux, heck someone go find Gary Gibbs and let him call the D in the second half. Anyone but Mike!!!

Don’t lay that dare at Mike Stoops feet! He will find a way to get worse.

Texas is SCARED. They had two timeouts and OU hasn't stopped their receivers once. Yet they ran out the clock. BECAUSE THEY ARE SCARED.

OU WILL WIN

Oklahoma is out-rushing Texas, but need to find a way to get that turnover back. I'm not even sure why Ehlinger is being allowed to play when he can't even do basic math. Sounds like an academically ineligible player that is playing to me.

True, but we have yet to stop their run game and we have shown no ability to stop their big receivers yet either. So going to be hard to start loading the box, which maybe Mike's only choice at this point. We have got to start getting some stops in the 2nd half.

Even when Texas shoots itself in the foot, we still can't stop them.

Texas is outplaying OU. No doubt about it. But this half kind of came down to two third-down plays.

On 3rd and one, behind 10-7, OU ran for nothing -- instead of letting KM have the ball. They kick a FG after a nice drive fueled by Sutton on the ground.

On Texas' 3rd and 20, OU rushes three and gives up a wide-open 19-yard pass to Texas. And they convert 4th and score for lead.

That's the prevent defense for you. Prevents nothing.

Well, I had an upset stomach and now I have a headache as well. Texas makes me that sick. Everybody hates Texas except for Texas fans, but even Texas fans don't even know why they like Texas. That's how wrong that establishment is.

Ineligible Ehlinger is 12 of 14 passing. That's the greatest fluke in college football history. He throws like Uncle Rico. Ticks me off.

Let's be honest, it feels like OU is behind by 17, but it's only 7. OU is lucky for that. Make some sort of adjustment on defense. Get ONE stop, even. And this is a game.
