The ticket office said today that they were sold out. Surely someone has a conflict and can't make the game. This is going to be a last minute luck out thing if at all.

I don't think you guys will find FSU tickets on this site. You might get lucky and someone have to sell at the last minute, but that isn't likely.
My guess is that you will either have to find tickets at some place like stub hub, ebay and/or the OU ticket market place. Or, you simply show up early at the game and buy them from someone at the stadium on game day.
This isn't going to be a game where there will be lots of excess tickets. So, you are going to have to pay a pretty penny to get them.
I checked the OU ticket marketplace and there are no FSU tickets listed for sale there. I haven't looked at the sticker price on my FSU tickets, but I am guessing it is a $90.00 ticket when bought from OU. My guess is that you will have to pay at least a 40% premium to buy tickets and tickets in groups will be hard to find.
Check out this link to stub hub and you will find that there are not many tickets even available from stub hub. Most are single tickets and only a handful of lots larger than two tickets.

If it were me and I really wanted to have the tickets prior to game day, I would just jump on the stub hub tickets.
Still, it is possible and if you want to gamble, you might be able to pick up some tickets at the stadium on game day and just before kickoff at a decent price, but I wouldn't count on being able to save lots of money and get into the game that way.
